Tuesday 5 March 2024, 20:00 - 22:00
Who is crazy anyway?
In this lecture, Peter will address several points related to well-being and mental health and how we study this fascinating topic. Issues related to the measurement of mental health and mental disorders will be discussed, as well as risk factors that contribute to mental health. The main goal of my talk would be to make you think. What is mental health? Is the research we are doing valid? He will discuss these issues while touching upon topics like climate anxiety, the imposter syndrome, resilience and more. Furthermore, this lecture will cover the central issue regarding mental health: what is normal and what is not?
