Handover General Members Assembly

Thursday 27 August

—-Update—

Unfortunately, the event can no longer be held at the previously indicated location, and will instead be turned into an online event in its entirety.
The event can be joined via the Zoom link made available to members.

— Members only —

During this General Members Assembly (GMA), the Board of 2019-2020 will present its annual report and the Board of 2020-2021 will be installed.

The GMA is an opportunity for all members of the SIB to give their input on the functioning of the association and the work of the Board.

The official convocation including all relevant documents and instructions to join the GMA will be sent out to all members at least one week before the GMA

As the Corona Measures are still in place, we can host up to twenty people in the church, others can follow via a live stream. It is, of course, possible to also ask questions and comment via the Livestream.

You can sign up for a spot here. Please write down your first and last name. If you are no longer in the green area, it means all spots are full, and you will be put on a reserve list.

Unfortunately, our location has a closing time of 1 AM. To be able to discuss everything, we decided to cut on reading time, so please read all the documents beforehand. At the GMA itself, we will present a summary of the document, going over it part by part.

During the GMA, we will vote on which activity organised by members will be elected to the Wall of Fame. If you are not able to attend the GMA online or in person, but still would like to cast your vote, you can do so here.
