The GMA, or General Meeting of all SIB members, occurs multiple times annually. All members have voting rights and are encouraged to attend for updates from the Board, committees, disputen, and project groups. The GMA reviews and decides on proposals, ensuring accountability. It’s an ideal forum for sharing questions and improvement ideas. New members curious about the association’s inner workings or eager to engage more are welcomed and encouraged to join, regardless of experience. The meetings are open to everyone, with English as the main language.

At this GMA, we will vote on a new location for our Monday nights. It is important to attend to make your opinion known. We will also present our Evaluation of Long Term Policy Plan and our Plan for the next Dies Natalis.
